South Barrington is a village of large houses on deep lots along the Barrington Road and I-90 corridor, with almost all of its commercial life concentrated in a few destinations: The Arboretum of South Barrington, Willow Creek Community Church, and Goebbert's Farm and Garden Center, which draws half the northwest suburbs every October.
